Josiah is a rising senior undergraduate in the Department of African American Studies at Princeton University and a certificate student in French Language and Culture and Gender and Sexuality Studies. This summer, he is working at Matriculate, Inc., where he is the Student Support Intern.
A first-generation, low-income QuestBridge College Match Scholar from Southern California, Josiah is intentional in his efforts to examine systemic barriers and think about ways to eliminate them for the future. His research interests include race and conceptions of the nation, as well as policy solutions that combat systemic racial inequality.
